...See more Hello, I’m Maritina and I’m new here! 2023 has been a crazy year for me. I broke up with my super toxic 3 year old relationship, I got into a really good long distance relationship, I visited my long distance relationship, I quit smoking, I quit my toxic job and lastly, I escaped my toxic house and moved to my boyfriend’s country. About a week before I move to my boyfriend, I got an anxiety attack due to poor sleeping schedule and ended up with DPDR… I have experienced it countless of times before but I would accept it, move on and forget it quite fast. But for some reason this time it hit differently. Maybe because I was expecting myself to be different? Maybe because I was expecting all my anxiety to magically disappear? I don’t know, guys. My anxiety and dpdr made me feel hopeless this time. I can’t stop thinking about it. I don’t struggle with bad sleeping schedule anymore or problems with eating for example, but these damn thoughts are killing me💔. I feel so hopeless. My partner is very supportive but I feel like I don’t know what to do! I completed my main goal which was leaving my house to heal, and now I don’t know what to do!! I’m so sad 💔.
