...See more Hi all:-) I'm posting here tonight because I feel this need to connect/ share with people on a similar journey:-) This time last year I was at the lowest point in my depression. A lot of (group) therapy, reflections, and warmth from friends has gotten me to a way better place, but I am still getting used to this strange phase where I am 'back' in 'normal' life (doing uni, side jobs etc.) while I still feel very fragile and often confused. I just spent a few minutes in one of the chatrooms and already really like this 7 cups environment:-) I'm curious about you all here, and specifically interested to hear from and share with those of you who are also getting to terms with post-depression (is that even a thing?) life! Lots of virtual hugs and warmth
