Hi! My name is Martina, but you can call me Momo as well.
From a long time I suffer from anxiety/social anxiety, low self-esteem, insomnia and some panic attacks caused by stress, and others caused by family problems from the past.
I suffer myself but I would be glad to talk to other people also struggling with similar situations, there always is a way out so I think we both can work something out, or at least I can support you when you need someome to take a listen or just be there next to you.
