Mat is experienced at active listening. He's going to listen to what you say, and check in to make sure he understands you, long before he suggests any course of action. He's polite and aware that he needs to be patient with you. The planet has reached a point where we all need better mental health; if this site were filled up with more listeners of Mat's level of quality, I would recommend this site to every person I met.
