I am just a regular person that has been recovering from childhood trauma for a while.  I am open to listening to anything and everything but am more familiar with most of these issues as they relate to the experience of trauma resulting in dissociative disorders including PTSD, DID, and DDNOS.

...See more Hello, Im new here and I just completed the listener training, but Im struggling with my first listening experience because I cant remember how I should go about introducing myself. I know there was a prompt for this that mentioned how I would be happy to listen, but does anyone have any advice on how they have put this in their own words during their time as a listener? Thanks.
