Introducing myself

Hello, Im new here and I just completed the listener training, but Im struggling with my first listening experience because I cant remember how I should go about introducing myself. I know there was a prompt for this that mentioned how I would be happy to listen, but does anyone have any advice on how they have put this in their own words during their time as a listener? Thanks.
