...See more Hi, it's my first post so feeling a bit nervous but here goes.  I have suffered from depression since I was in my first relationship,  so for about 10 yrs. I've been with my current  childhood sweetheart for 5yrs now, and my depression feels as bad as ever. At first just like every new relationship it was amazing,  and still to this day I love her to bits.  I know the depression plays a big part in how I think but I feel my partners feelings for me have changed. My partner has been told she is showing signs that she could be starting the menopause (39yrs). But even bearing that in mind,  her passion and the intimacy almost aren't there anymore.  It's hard to get a kiss of her,  and when I do she looks away now instead of at me like she used to, when I try to hug her she puts her hands on my chest instead of around me like she used to. I annoy her and piss her off it seems so easily these days. I ask her if she OK and if there's anything wrong, and she says no everything is OK,  I try not to but can't help but ask her maybe more than I should, her reply is that I'm being needy and always wanting reassurance. Maybe I am, but im depressed to the point that I just want to end it all,  because of the way I feel our lives are changing, and I don't think she can see that.  Now we are going to have a talk later tonight, so should I confess to her how I'm really feeling,  how dark my thoughts really are? I fear if I do then that could make her feelings for me even worse Mark
