...See more I always get easily angry in my relationship, any slight things happens makes me angry, my partner thinks i always want to start a fight and i’m always acting this way, while i know i just need sympathy. For example i said lets go out he said no then i become angry, or whenever he holds his phone i get upset because i was talking, then i became the one who always wants to fight and has no sense, i know that i want more attention but i dont know i dont want to blame myself cause i did it before and it wasn’t helpful. And i know he dont understand me or how he should act with me. i want to control my emotions, i want to know how to act on these situations and at least expressing it in different way and not become rude or something. ugh i’m so tired
