...See more Hey Everyone! So this is offically my first thread here at 7cups. I'd like to preface this idea with the following. I am currently recovering from Major depression and Extreme Anxeity, thankfully I finally able to get some answers regarding my own mental health and well being! Having said that, I don't know if this idea has been put forward, but has anyone ever considered a sort of organized "Group Therapy" Chat, lead by a 1 or 2 listeners and memebers who are feeling similarly. From my own personal exerpeice I found that these enviorments can be so helpful to those in need, making them feel as if they are not alone, as well as giving them the chance to view their own problems in an objective light.  What do you think? ~MendingByMusic
