Hi, my name is Becca, I am 51 years young and have grown up twin daughters. I have a very impish sense of humour (so I'm told) but I am very caring and love to support people in whatever way I can. I am a big believer in 'listening with a quiet mind'...as in, just listening and not necessarily providing answers! I work as a nurse in child protection and adult safeguarding having worked for the NHS for 30+ years (no I didn't train with Florence Nightingale!), so my quiet mind listening is a vital part of my role. In my spare time I volunteer for the Fire Service and have recently discovered open water swimming-a fantastic well being activity as well as keeping me fit. I love to immerse myself in nature and am lucky to live in the countryside to enjoy long walks
