I might have ruined a friendship

...See more I think I messed up in a really awkward way. So, I was at a concert and my friend/bandmate was there with his girlfriend. I never met her, but I knew who she was because of my friend's instagram. I was talking to another friend, and I saw her for about 2 seconds, since she was behind my other friend at a distance, and checked her out unintentiontionally. I think she might have noticed and told my friend to leave, because I didn't see them for the rest of the show and my friend didn't say good bye. I don't know if I'm overthinking or they left for another reason. If I'm right, I feel bad for making her uncomfortable and potentially having ruined my relationship with my friend and bandmate. I don't know what to do.
