...See more Hi there I don't have OCD but my sister does, and I'm here to ask if anyone can share tips on how I can help her. She's had OCD for 4yrs but only got diagnosed a year and a half ago. She was placed on medication which started helping her ,she fell off and got horrible withdrawal symptoms and ever since then she refuses to go back on medication. My family has tried encouraging her to seek therapy but it isn't the easiest thing to access in my country and she keeps putting it off.

...See more A few days ago I had my first consultation with a doctor about my GA & SAD. I Knew about my appointment 2 weeks in advance so I mentally prepared myself and what I was going to say. Fast forward to the day of my consultation. While trying my best to keep myself calm and talk to the doctor I had a sudden anxiety attack and then a panic attack it was so embarrassing I ended my consultation in tears. Its been three days since then but I can't stop replaying the incident in my head and feel sick about it.
