Bio
Hello, my name is Michelle. I am a 37 year old female with a heart of gold. My goal is to be able to be of service for those that have been through something difficult and just need someone to talk to. My ambition to help others in a time of need aches for solution oriented paths. I can soothe the hurt, but I cannot take it away. I aim to help others the best way i know how; i.e.: resources, a listening ear, help creating fundraising or just be that "helper" to link you to the right resources. I had a few people on my side when I went through my hardships and I know how hard it is to ask for help.

I am in school full-time on-line at Ashford University to get my BA in Project Management. I am a volunteer "helper" for the California fires, I volunteer my time helping people get healthy, and I am a full-time mother of a 15 year old teen that needs my continued support as he is home schooled. I enjoy business and one day aspire to create and own my own non-profit called "Miracle Helpers".

I know what it is like to lose a child, but I also know what its like to have one.
I know what its like to lose your voice because your scared, but I also know what its like to use my voice to be a voice for others.
I know what its like to be raped, but I also know what it is like to be in a healthy relationship with boundaries.
I know what it is like to be beaten black and blue, but I also know what it is like to be loved and respected.
I know what it is like to go through domestic violence and leave everything and live in a shelter, but I also know what it is like to live in a house with a partner and have everything.
I know what its like to self medicate, but I also know what it is like to be in recovery and sober.
I know what its like to be homeless, but I also know what its like to have a roof over my head.
I know what its like.... I could go on forever, because I have been there.

I know what it is like to not understand what your body is telling you and when your brain is on overload, not know where to go, but what I have learned is, when I reached out and asked for help, the storm I was once going thru had been calmed.

I want to help people grow, become a better version of themselves. I want to help others because when I couldn't help myself, someone reached out to me. I want to be there for others as I am in a place to help others. It is where my heart is at.
