My first chat with Mirrie really helped, and so by the follow up I was really feeling much better. Great to talk to and she was really pleased with my progress. She takes a genuine interest in your issues and I will happily recommend both herself and 7cupsoftea in general.
I felt like she understood what I was talking about. I didn't feel stupid or embarrassed. If you want to vent or have someone really listen then she seems great.
Really helpful and had a great perspective on my situation. Super responsive and humorous. Would definitely recommend.
