...See more Hi. I don't really know how to use this thing but I really need help. Recently I have been experiencing shaking and spasm like things where my whole body tenses up. I think it is related to anxiety but I don't really know. It also happens more when I think about it. I find that I can stop them but it takes a lot of effort and concentrating to do so. I don't really know what is happening so please help if you know anything tell me.
