I am a person who is exploring life in her own eyes. I have had my fair share of struggles in my life, and I still do, but that's also what made me want to help the people who are suffering in silence and can't share their feelings with anyone they know. I always try to be empathetic and non-judgmental to people who come to talk to me. I hope I will talk to more people here and will be able to help them walk through the problems of their own life.

...See more Openness and a Learning mindset are primary attitudes in our relationship with ourselves. They involve a natural curiosity to learn, evolve, and expand. Openness means willingness. Willingness to accept and express emotions. It means being receptive to new connections, emotions, and self-discovery. It means approaching our inner mind with an open heart and mind, allowing us to understand and learn about ourselves. This works like a door towards self-awareness, leading us to the depths of our emotions. Learning mindset represents an open mind, which accepts new thoughts and ideas with a warm welcome. When we make mistakes or behave in a way that doesn't define us, openness helps us understand why that happened. Whereas a learning mindset helps us take lessons from the mistakes and do better. Embracing a learning mindset encourages us to seek knowledge, face difficulties with bravery, and adapt to life's ever-changing circumstances. These two are the pillars of inner growth. They form the foundation of personal evolution, guiding us to respond to life, emotions, and changes uniquely and calmly. Openness is a key that unlocks growth by saying, "I am open and willing to understand myself better." When we approach every aspect of our life with a learning mindset, healing becomes easier. Knowing Who You Are

...See more 'Self-Awareness' is a crucial step of inner development. When we are walking a journey of inner healing, it's essential to pay close attention to our own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Self-awareness helps us understand ourselves accurately and genuinely, and control our emotions and behaviors. Self-awareness doesn't mean self-criticism, but it means I know what I did wrong, I found out why I did that, and I guided myself so I wouldn't make the same mistake again. Self-awareness means being gentle and thoughtful to our own-selves, guiding our inner child towards a healthy healing process. It means celebrating every small accomplishment, and letting us feel and rest when we need to. From my personal experience, I didn't know about these official terms of inner healing, but I have learned how to do it on my own. When I feel tired or emotional, I let myself rest. I take a moment and sit with myself until I feel better again. Whenever I do something that doesn't align with who I am and who I want to be, I remind myself gently, "You are better than this thought." When I feel like I haven't accomplished much in a day, I look at what I did, tell myself it was enough for the day, and prepare for the next day, determined to do better. Self-awareness is something we all need to learn because this is something that helps us be ourselves, understand our core values, and make authentic decisions in life. “First Love”

...See more I don't know where to start....or where to finish. In this society, I didn't even realize when I forgot to live my childhood, until I found myself standing at the threshold of teenage life and adult life. Writing this might make me emotional and I might cry. I used to think I was delusional, I used to think...the love that I always dream of, the way that I always dream to love someone...it's unreal, baseless, impossible. Being a woman, I now see myself as a part of the divine, and I don't know how to reach the depth of my feelings. When I first fell in love with him, I felt the same. I don't know if our journey ends here or not. But anyway...nothing can change the fact that I loved him truly, and he made me feel safe, loved, less lonely. I grew up with him, waited for him, and when he came back, I felt that things will change. But I didn't want it to. He made me the person I am today. And when he was away from me, we both passed our lives alone, we learnt. I don't know if I ever will be able to think of him as my friend. But I guess, this marks the official closure of our chapter together. He learnt to love himself, and I did the same. I learnt who I am, why I am, and what I will be. I can't stop loving him; he's a part of me, of my life. And this journey, will not end until I thank him and hand over the countless letters I wrote to him. Even when I'm scared about my future, I'm thinking of him, of us; and I guess, that's how our love will last forever.
