...See more I don't think this would trigger anyone? Just wanted to put a warning in case since this is mostly a journal/vent post. Also let me know please if this kind of post isn't allowed on the form thanks I'm still new. . . Usually I can kind of feel when things are going to get bad again but this time I think was genuinely just a surprise. I thought things were fine but before I knew it didn't want to get up, wasn't sleeping or eating right, my room was a mess and I felt like I wasn't even myself or fully "checked in". I think things are getting better now. I'm aware of what's happening, I'm cleaning my room as I type this, but I think I'm just so tired of this cycle. I'm hoping things get better in the future but for now, I sit at the "things are okay" part of it. Thanks for hearing me out and if you relate hope things will get better for you too.
Lost on how to handle relationships
Relationship Stress / by Moontherapy0077

...See more Hi everyone, I'm mostly just looking for maybe some advice on how to handle getting back into a relationship. I haven't been in a serious relationship for a little over 2 years now and I feel like I'm so lost on what to do. I'm still grapling with the fact that a person does in fact, does want to date me and I'm just trying to figure out how to best go about it. I have bad anxiety so of course I worry either they'll lose interest, or maybe not be serious, or do things my ex did (they have similar hobbies). I want to try and go about this relationship as normal but I feel like maybe there's a better way to? If that makes since. Like I should go in different than before, more mature and open to be the best partner I can be. I just want to do what's best to help this possible relationship grow.
