Lost on how to handle relationships
Hi everyone, I'm mostly just looking for maybe some advice on how to handle getting back into a relationship. I haven't been in a serious relationship for a little over 2 years now and I feel like I'm so lost on what to do. I'm still grapling with the fact that a person does in fact, does want to date me and I'm just trying to figure out how to best go about it. I have bad anxiety so of course I worry either they'll lose interest, or maybe not be serious, or do things my ex did (they have similar hobbies). I want to try and go about this relationship as normal but I feel like maybe there's a better way to? If that makes since. Like I should go in different than before, more mature and open to be the best partner I can be. I just want to do what's best to help this possible relationship grow.

Relationships are all different....... kind of a individual experience. being honest and upfront is always a good idea. if she is interested in dating you ... ask her out ....see how it unfolds we cannot over plan to anticipate any down falls or problems
you will not know how it goes until you get into it ...overthinking about what ifs will keep you on the sidelines and missing out.....
It's okay to feel uncertain about getting back into a relationship after some time. You're not alone in feeling this way. It's normal to worry about things like losing interest or past experiences influencing the new relationship. Just take things one step at a time and try to enjoy the journey. You're doing your best to be open and mature, and that's a great approach.
