Hi and welcome to 7Cups. I'm glad you choose today to connect with a listener. A little about me. I am a recovering addict and alcoholic, I maintain my bipolar disorder and depression with therapy myself. I am a junior in college at 44 years old studying human services and social work. I have a lifetime of knowledge, suffering and recovery and I intend to use my gift of sobriety, survival and grit to help those in need.
