Help me out? Mod Tracking

...See more Hi everyone, I need your help! As a Support team leader I need to track how many mod calls my room gets, and how many are actually answered. This past month 75% of all mod calls have been marked as missed, for all group support rooms. I doubt we are missing 75% of the calls, but it would help out so much if you could mark a call as cleared when you have finished, that way when I go through things, I am able to get a truer picture of events when I was not in my room, and other support team leaders can as well. Thank you all for your hard work. I apperciate the work everyone does in every room trying to keep our community safe and a place where people can come and feel supported.
