Help me out? Mod Tracking
Hi everyone, I need your help!
As a Support team leader I need to track how many mod calls my room gets, and how many are actually answered. This past month 75% of all mod calls have been marked as missed, for all group support rooms. I doubt we are missing 75% of the calls, but it would help out so much if you could mark a call as cleared when you have finished, that way when I go through things, I am able to get a truer picture of events when I was not in my room, and other support team leaders can as well.
Thank you all for your hard work. I apperciate the work everyone does in every room trying to keep our community safe and a place where people can come and feel supported.

@MrJacob I am not getting any mod calls so I must not be on the list ..

@CaringBrit Not on the Mod call list and get no messages so I am assuming I am not on the list to get them ..
I am always on the site and in the room during the days checking in several times a day .

@MrJacob No not yet due to setting up a new gmail account and getting the notifications I have it on my other laptop and will have to get it back up and running to find my account... but i am on the site all day from morning until evening. They need anything I keep LSR tab open and I am in the rooms ..
@MrJacob sadly, you need to be global mod for check the emergency form. which means that the centered moderators are not informed of calls on their own rooms. I would like be informed when a mod is needed on my room, while im not checking my room every time im on site, if there is an emergency, i would like go. of course without be bothered for calls in other rooms i have no access. actual system doesnt allow centered moderators to answer emergencies in their focus room so the number of requests answered globally is low.
@vivelespatates you dont. I have my entire team set up on it.
@vivelespatates they do get a request for every room, but since it isnt for their room they skip it.

@caringPanda45 You can remove the notification rule by opening the sheet and click the tools and then notification rules and lastly, click delete.

Or Panda, you can keep it to help out which would be helpful since you are awake when I am sleeping or should be sleeping.

@Erato thanks I don't want to remove so I know when there are problems in the rooms I'm linked to. Just letting Vive know you can still get it even if no longer global.
Even if you are community centered, you can still sign up that way you can check when you are online to see if it is your room that needs assistance.
