...See more I'm a 23 year old male and, as humiliated as I feel to admit it. I've literally never been faithful to a woman. I started cheating less than a week into my first relationship in high school. It was always an impulsive and irrational need for gratification. I was even married for a bit and cheated on her with countless women non stop until she found out. Since she left it's only gotten worse. I believe my number of sexual partners is nearing triple digits and I've had to be treated for STDs numerous times. I feel disgusted with myself. I desperately want a real and monogamous relationship but I'm not sure how to meet someone and be honest about my history without immediately scaring them away.
