Hello, i'm Jim and i'm not really sure what to share.   I took up photography as a hobby to help take my mind off of things, and i fell in love with it. (dogs are the most photogenic animals ever!) Wildlife, pets, car shows, protests, weddings, very close macro pictures of anything (moths look CRAZY ultra zoomed in on) anything and everything I guess.

...See more I dated my ex wife for 20 years, married for 5, and one day i came home to a note on the table and an empty home.   She had been carrying on an affair with a man who wasnt even old enough to purchase cigaretts. No warning signs, no fights, every morning "i love you have a good day", i just had no clue. The note said she had changed, but that i was still the same. Her changing, that i could have lived with, people change, it happens, but the affair hurt.  it still hurts. I never knew tears could fall from your eyes without you even crying, like a leaking faucet.  I cried everyday, I think it was 3 months before i made it a full week without crying, a year before i could make it a full month. Even now 3 years later, it still comes back around sometimes, catching me off guard and sideblinding me. Shes moved on im sure, but im just having such a damn hard time its frustrating. I shouldnt even care at this point, but a memory comes back or i see something that we would joke about or whatever, i feel *** again.   And apparently, memory removal isnt a thing... i asked.. (lol) so, im genuinely curious, how did you do it? how did you let go or move on or whatever you want to call it?  How did you get to a place where you can actually smile again?  not the fake one you give when you tell people "im alright", but an actual genuine smile.
