...See more Hi everyone! My name is Tara, and I'm 42. I have not being doing very well during lockdown. I have fallen into a major depressive episode, with a lot of anxiety. I am trying to be postive. I would appreciate any ideas for how to cope during the isolation of lockdown. I would also appreciate any support for dealing with depression and anxiety. I went back to school, and graduated right before covid, and have not been able to find work. I'm trying to stay positive, but if anyone can relate I'd really appreciate it if we could connect in this thread. Thanks! One thing that has helped me lately is meditation.
