...See more Hi I keep having flash backs in my dreams of times where my ex boyfriend and my ex best friend (now his girlfriend) we’re assaulting me in my sleep… I wasn’t sure if it was real as I was on sleeping tablets and antidepressants but it’s too vivid for it not to be real. I don’t know how to feel about any of it, I just feel disgusted with myself for not have being able to have stopped it. Especially knowing of all of the jokes they both made afterwards about it, it all now makes sense. On top of this he was physically, mentally and financially abusive. How do I deal with this?
