Hi! I’m someone who’s survived more than I ever thought I could: trauma, mental health struggles, dissociation, overstimulation, masking, and the kind of self-doubt that buries itself deep. But I’ve also learned just how powerful a steady, grounding connection can be. I don’t come with judgement, no matter what the struggle is. Just empathy, honesty, and a heart that gets it.
