Feeling Stuck

How many things in life have you missed out on because you let the results of your trauma continue to hold you back…?

What was something that finally made you stand up and say “no more”…? Something worth fighting for. Some…one worth changing for.

I think I’ve finally found my something (someone) worth changing everything for 🥹 and finally battling my demons to win, not just to survive. But I’m scared. So very, very scared.

Because what does one do when they aren’t busy drowning…?

I have probably missed out on tons of things in life if not from trauma, from just being a very introverted person.

What was something that finally made you stand up and say “no more”…? Something worth fighting for. Some…one worth changing for.
The only thing I see in my life worth fighting for or changing for is my future with my 3 granddaughters. They light something up in me that hasn't been there in a long time.

I think it's great that you have found someone worth changing everything for. If you are happy with that new person in your life, you should not feel scared, embrace the change.

Because what does one do when they aren’t busy drowning…?
Maybe you start asking yourself who you are without the chaos? Or maybe just breathe.

Take that change in your life and run with it, see where it takes you.

Me, without my granddaughters, I was STUCK for a long time.

Thank you for opening up and sharing this. It takes a lot of strength to face your past and even more to fight for something better. It’s natural to feel scared when stepping into new territory, especially after carrying so much. The fact that you’ve found something worth fighting for is powerful... It shows your courage and heart. You don’t have to have all the answers right now, just take it one step at a time. And remember, you’re not alone in this.
