Hello you! It's great that you found me on 7 cups! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Why is this so great? There are so many reasons. Sometimes it can be hard to physically get to a counsellor. Sometimes you may not want to tell your family and friends that counselling is something you would like to try. It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to need help. I am here for you.
