I am a married man with a wonderful wife. She has been through it all with me and I can fully communicate with her about anything, even all of the mistakes I have made in the past. I have a passion for helping others and being there for people when they need me. I am looking for help. I have severe anxiety and sometimes depression that consume my life. I need help with guided grounding practices and breathing techniques. I am looking forward to meeting some new friends that struggle with the same issues I do and that can bring positivity into my life.
