...See more I have this awful habit. I harbor. Something will bother me and I will struggle with whether it is worth bringing up or not. I will roll it over in my head a million times and by then, even if it was minute, it isn't anymore. I have practice conversations in my head but then have more anxiety from all my reactions to possible reactions i think the other person will have. I have all these emotions of a fight all while saying nothing or acting completely normal. I hold onto everything until one day i pop and this once small issue is a tremendous storm and i am caught in the whirlwind of every thought and reaction and emotion i have about it. Then i typically blow everything way out of proportion. Anyone else struggle with this or something similar?
