...See more Hello everyone, I'm new here. I just broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years. Hardest thing ever. Sadly we have had a lot of trust issues in the past. I have caught him being unfaithful more than once. I have gave him so many chances. He lies and does secretive things behind my back. At this point he is taking advantage of me. He's not a bad person but he doesn't know how to be in a relationship. He had gotten out of a toxic relationship and he jumped into one right with me when we met. I know I have to leave him and that's the best thing for me to do. He has made me become a very damaged person. I don't like who I am. I've become someone who constantly worries and am always horrified of what's he doing. I have really bad trust issues because of this. It's only been a few days and he's all I can think about. He's not even making an effort to reach out to me or anything. I don't plan on getting back with him even though a part of me wants to make things work. But I know deep down I won't. It's just very hard dealing with all these emotions and the feeling betrayal. Any tips on how to get through this break up?
