...See more So overall my body image is pretty low. Im a guy just out of high school and I look at myself and think Im too thin and skinny and wish I wasnt. But I never eat breakfast I dont really eat lunch or dinner, I just simply dont have the drive to do so. If anything what I eat is pretty small or not very nutritious. Even when I feel hungry I dont have the energy to make or cook something. Ive fainted before and thrown up from exhaustion. Typing this it seems Im answering my own question. But what steps do I take? How to I get healthy?
