I am a recovering alcoholic, 5 months sober and currently on step 5. I do suffer with anxiety and depression and have went through very hard grief. I've battled and recovered from bulimia and self harm, what I'm saying is is I've gone through stuff and I want to help. I am still going through stuff everyone is but id love to help anyone in need.

...See more I'm almost 5 months sober, I've decided I want to leave the recovery home I'm staying at. I leave on the 27, I'm nervous cause I don't know how it's going to be like. It's hard because alcohol is everywhere, in the past 5 months I've barely left. I was in the hospital for a month then rehab and now this recovery home so I haven't ventured out. I haven't went grocery shopping or past the alcohol isle in the store, there's 6 liquor stores in my town. I know I need to do this for myself, I can't stay in a recovery home forever, but I would be lying of I said I wasn't scared.
