...See more Ever since I my best friend broke up with me I feel like I have been in a bad rut of not being able to communicate socially. I feel that the relationship was the only way I communicated socially with others and now that it's over I find myself struggling to make conversation with others or even answering simple questions without stuttering or being completely overwhelmed and staying quiet.
