Hey there!
I'm Nichlas, an 18 year old guy with alot of experience when it comes to self-harm, depression, self esteem, bullying, breakups and alcohol /or drug abuse. I've been in the areas before, I know what you may go through. And I've gone through it whole! Many friends of mine were also people in need. I decided that I would help them. I see it as my duty towards people I come into contact with.
