...See more I've been struggling with eating disorders for my entire life. There was a point about 3 or 4 years ago where I got to the limit. My bulimia was crazy, I kept controlling everything about food and it disnt seem like I have a life anymore. Things got better with time and some life changes... but now, all this time later, i still struggle with episodes of purging after some meals when i feel guilty or like my body doesn't look okay. Most times it's not even a thing, but when I get triggered I go through some days where it gets worse and then I get better again... I honestly feel ridiculous that after all this time, being 26yo, i still struggle with that. Also it's hard that i cant say i have an eating disorder because it's not even close to what it was someday, but I cant say I'm recovered either.... I feel so lost and confuse when I think about it.
