...See more So I started again today after a gap of a month .. journaling helped and life felt normal and when it felt normal and manageable so I stopped .. because somehow there the realisation was not there that I m feeling better because I m writing my thoughts everyday .. anyway realised it yesterday abd started again today .. I will keep updating my progress here .. I want somone or a community wherein I feel to update .. I don’t know if this place could be that place … :)
