...See more Touched the very bottom some months ago, after a break-up / burn-out / long time depression. Finally reached for help and got a lot, and put things in motion to get out of this. Now months later I'm feeling so much better, doing sport everyday and watching my food I've already lost 9kg and aim to lose a bit more, going to the gym this week with a colleague. Feeling a lot more confident about myself and what I can accomplish and it's so great :) And also, thanks to 7Cups, finally realised something I wanted to do for a long time by helping others get out of the things that took me down all those years. So I wish to go on down this path for a long time and keep smiling \o/
