...See more Hi everyone! My name is Sophia and I'm now 17. About 2 years ago my friends found that I'm cutting all over my wrist and acting like they cared about me a lot. Like a lot. But recently when I describe how I feel and they asked me to show them my scars/wounds, they say, "oh those cuts are not that worse" and my heart broke. I simply can't use words to show how disappointed and frustrated I am.

...See more I'm taking the entrance exam to uni in couple of weeks later and I found difficulties in catching up the general learning progress. Since my first year in highschool, those mental health issues seem to be worsening. I started cutting myself a lot and sometimes skipping classes because of not being able to force myself getting out of my bed. Part of me knew that I should be taking a break to recharge my energy but part of me believe that once I stopped studying, I won't be able to get back on track evermore... So what should I do 💔💔
