Hi everyone! My name is Sophia and I'm now 17. About 2 years ago my friends found that I'm cutting all over my wrist and acting like they cared about me a lot. Like a lot. But recently when I describe how I feel and they asked me to show them my scars/wounds, they say, "oh those cuts are not that worse" and my heart broke. I simply can't use words to show how disappointed and frustrated I am.

Hi Sophia, Please remember - when you harm yourself, you’re not only harming yourself you’re harming your loved ones too. You may think they are not much but there’s atleast one person who deserves you - that you! I’ve tried this thing and it really helps - i wear a really thick glove and then try to cut it... making sure not to cut through it to the skin. And then notice the cuts very carefully. Now compare the cuts on the gloves and your clear skin at the point of cut - that’s how blemish free and beautiful you are compared to the more bruised glove. Somehow this really helps me vent out and also a sense of relief that that i didn’t cause myself harm. You are precious, you serve yourself. Fuck others!
