Hello, welcome to 7 cups. 

I am 23 years old and grew up between/with 2(or 3) cultures(afghan/german/(the online world)). 

My hobbies:  chess, learning languages, watching Shows.

I dont use social media.( i do use 7 cups but it is not social media, its support-media). I used to use social media but it was bad for me and i don't like it anymore.

I listen on 7 cups to understand other people. I started as a member now I'm here. I am currently available all the time. Enough about me , let us focus on you:

Your life is a book and it is okay to read/ reread some  pages with a person that won't judge you and listens. 

We can look and read them, to see different perspectives, understand them, ask ourselves questions or just talk about your life while you are writing new pages.

Some life circumstances can be very hard, we also went through poverty and domestic violence. In the moment it can feel like its almost normal but looking back when your not in the Situation anymore can  make you feel a lot of negative emotions. 

It is okay to think good about yourself, even if you regret things in the past. If you're religious, as long as you repent and Refrain from the sins, and if your'e Atheist, the past has ceased to exist and you dont have to identify with the worst self no more.

Be nice, be freed, be good and Kind to others and yourself.

Also if i use my own pics remember that i use an elephants weight worth of makeup on my face plus Filters, in reality i look like that once a year if at all lol, stay sane online😀
