I Missed Her...
General Support / by ObitoSadBoy

...See more As you see here in the pictures is Obito Uchiha and Rin Nohara from anime Naruto Shippuden...🩵 ------------------------- ------------------------- She was my rin, and I Lost her forever... Missed her so much, I wish If I can just see her someday somewhere in this world. Her name was sumaya. She was compassionate and cute. She loves babies and old people and cats. She literally was a sweetheart 😊 supported me a lot during our academic period in 2024. She checking up on me everyday and forcing me take my medications. She was like my other little mom. Just remembering our time together brings me joy and satisfaction. We were really getting along just like obito and rin in Naruto

Agoraphobia Or Social Anxiety ?
Anxiety Support / by ObitoSadBoy

...See more i really wanna know if this is normal Social Anxiety or Agoraphobia or something worst. maybe intense socialphobia? It has been more than 3 months since I'm trapped in the house, a strange and ridiculous situation as if I imprisoned myself and forgot how I did it. I have completely lost my freedom and am completely trapped. I want to go out, I want to live, i want to breath fresh air, but I cannot. I can't even stand on the doorstep because of the intense fear. I dunno if it SOCIAL ANXIETY OR AGORAPHOBIA. My fear, more precisely, is of people, or of Humans in particular. More than once, I will be looking out the door and someone from the public or the neighbors will pass near our house, and I will jump from my place out of extreme fear, as if I had seen a ghost. I feel and believe that if there were no people outside, I could go out in peace. I am afraid of people. I am not afraid of the outside world. If there were only animals, cats and birds outside, I wouldn't feel any fear, but people frighten me, 😞 i wanna know why and how to deal with it. sitting at home for long time have effected badly. loneliness and boredom and immense depression, suicidal thoughts and more... I'm suffocating at home. I don't know what to do, I can't see a therapist because I can't even talk to people (IMPOSSIBLE), I don't even know how I'm gonna go to my next neurophysiologist appointment for my medications refill, antidepressants and Anti-stress capsules. it is for my clinical depression and social anxiety. i really need help in any way possible. I just want to be free. Please feel me and Please if you have knowledge or something don't hesitate to help me in any way you can😣💔.
