...See more Hello everyone! I'm Odette, and new here. I wanted to hear about your coping mechanisms. Sometimes I find it difficult not to think that i'm a failure, even when I try my best. It really stresses me out. And my mum does not make it any easier. She gets very angry with me when I don't clean up my room because I was studying for college. Right now, the only thing that kind of calms me down, is a cigarette and music, but I'm trying to quit smoking. What do you all recommend?
