...See more Today's my Day-2 of De-addiction journey. I am really proud of starting this. I really don't know how long I will be able to take it, but I am trying my best. As of today, I had no urges, because maybe my day did not go bad, and its not been that long. I believe I started it on the wrong note for the very first time and that's the reason it is coming back this bad at me, but I know nothing is stronger than the will to get better. ...See more Hi there, It's taken me a while to understand that I'm getting addicted or maybe have already gotten addicted to alcohol. While I do want to stop myself there is something in me that takes me back to it every time I fall in trouble, feel sad, low, or don't know how to cope. I started drinking last year for the very first time in 26 yrs and I feel I'm trapped. Last drink I had was yesterday night and something in me changed. I want to come out of it because it stops me from feeling and being me. So, I'll be journaling here to ensure that all of you are a witness to my successful de-addiction and so that I know I'm not alone. Signing off on day-1
