Bio

I am a 43 year old home educating disabled married mum of three children aged 12 to 19. My interests are animals, nature and outdoors, art, TV and films, reading romance books and music. I am a qualified secondary school science teacher and have recently passed level 3 in counselling skills. I have been through my fair share of ups and down over my life so understand how it can feel at difficult times and the impact trauma can have. I volunteer in an ad hoc administrative role for the local health watch team and enjoy writing letters too.

...See more Good morning. I am new as a listener here and just took my first chat. The person didn't reply but I didn't know what to press or how long to wait when that happened. The AI bot said I could get support from the community at the time but when I clicked to get support to ask how long to wait the conversation vanished...just me?
