Good morning. I am new as a listener here and just took my first chat. The person didn't reply but I didn't know what to press or how long to wait when that happened. The AI bot said I could get support from the community at the time but when I clicked to get support to ask how long to wait the conversation vanished...just me?

@Only1OfMe Good morning and welcome! 😊 Don’t worry, you’re definitely not alone. To answer your question, there's no specific time to wait but if you're not getting a response, you can try asking them if they’re still there! If they still don’t respond, you can always let them know they can message you anytime and then you can end the chat and take up another new chat from general requests.
