Hey! I'm 16 and going into my senior year. Dealing with some of my own issues at the moment but I'd like to become a listener at some point. Playing the cello is my life. I listen to Muse, Marina, Poppy, Royal Blood, Nothing but Thieves, and a lot more. The Halo Reach OST is my favorite video game soundtrack of all time. ...See more Hi, I'm fairly new to 7cups so I'm still learning more about the site. There's some great self-help guides that I'll put to use, but I was wondering if there were any resources pertaining to helping a friend with a mental illness, specifically depression. It's something I've been doing for a while on my own, but it would be nice to have more information on how I can support them more. Is this something that's in the works?
