Hi I am pancake, I like to play video games. I love guinea pigs , dogs and fish. I struggle with Heath anxiety that revolves around breathing issues. I mostly have it under control but every once in a while I will have a minor set back ( usually when I am sick or having allergies). I am very timid and shy.

...See more So I had brochitis early this month and my breathing has bever been the same. Every breath is a struggle even when the doctors say my oxygen and lungs are fine. But I still cant breath well. I noticed that sometimes I will be able to breath but my brain and body feel like there not getting enough oxygen. Is this normal with anxiety?? And every time I have a panic attack I have a new symptom. Is that also normal? could this all be in my head or is it posible to actualy be something I should persue with a doctor.

...See more Hi Im having alot of troubel with chest tightness lately I feel like I cannot breath I feel scared and terrafied that I am not getting enough oxygen. I have asthma I took my asthma medicin and it dose not feel any better is this a panic attack or asthm

...See more It may be more of a vent but I'd love to hear how you deal with this. I have heath anxiety revolving around breathing issues. Currently I have bronchitis and I am really struggling to stay calm. I havnt slept for a couple days nor eating mostly due to just how scared I am. I constetnly in a pannic state and gets worse when I have asthma and bronchitis flare ups. I feel bad having to force my busy family to stay around me so I have someone to hold onto as I cry and pannic. I know there not goign to be doing this for me much longer So I realy really need some advice. What do you do to stay calm during trying times?

...See more Hi ! I'm rather new here. I suffer from heath anxiety, specificaly anything involving my breathing. It hard to stay calm for me when I feel like I am having breathign issues, and pannicing about it dosnt make it any better. I just need someone to talk to occationaly, I usualy can survive my HA buts sometimes I need a little extra support. Would love to know how you deal with your issues so I can perhaphs help fix mine.
