@PancakeThePiggy. I don't know if it's asthma or panic but try laying on the floor with your legs straight up the wall. Just lay there and breath a few minutes. It will bring blood pressure down from panicking. Hopefully then you can calm your breathing. When you're laying on the floor breathing either visualize breathing in a color you like or breathing out and pushing out the panic.

That's all I got. I hope if that technique does not work that you are able to calm down.

I'll be non and off line if you want to chat. I'll keep checking

@PancakeThePiggy Do Ya have a nebulizer? Sometimes when da inhalers dont work da nebulizer will but also too Ya may need go to ER for both da nebulizer treatment an a steroid which is given in ER. I take steroid in pill form I cant do da injection one. For some reason da injection has bad side effects on me.

@PancakeThePiggy Hey, I'm so sorry that you're going through that. Anxiety is a really difficult thing to manage for a lot of people and I can imagine how adding asthma on top of that could make it even bigger of a beast to tackle. It sounds like your asthma medication isn't doing much to help you out in that regard either. What have you been doing to cope with those feelings?
