Hey, my name's Sophie, I'm 16 years old and if you're needing someone just to listen to what you have to say - or help you out with something - I'm your person. :) I am completely open-minded, non-judgemental and understanding.
My areas of knowledge mostly lie within Trauma/PTSD, Depression, Coping with Suicidal/Self-Harming issues, some Eating Disorders, General Family Issues and other general life issues I suppose :) But, you can talk to me about anything really.
